By *buzz-concept* I meant what Mark Hurst was referring to in a semi-recent Good Experience newsletter: 

"The cover story of Fast Company this month is 'The Beauty of Simplicity'... Philips has launched a major 'Simplicity' initiative... Citibank has launched a new 'Simplicity' card." 

Etc. The very definition of a "buzz-concept."
