Community. Invite. Collaborate. Enjoy. Nothing much new.

Why is it so popular? It works, and is well evangelised. An idea whose time has
come, well executed. No big secrets or lessons there. Communitisation is not an
invention of Generation Y, but is perhaps expected by them.
