[Sigia-l] IA deliverables defined

Heh.  My saving grace is that I was not the one that lit the fire nor planned the entire thing.

I did find it highly amusing, however.

For that to happen and for me to witness it in 2000 was the turning point down the agile methods path for me.  It was iconic in how the old ways of doing things were not sufficient to the new methodologies that thrive on change.

I just remember the project manager saying; "Damn, that bubble diagram burns slowly..."
