Hmm, it seems you overlooked my rant on human categorisation ; you're
not going to get away from that, no matter wheter you think Design is
Design or not. It will get broken down, and it may or may not be
useful to various people.

Best Practice with using Visio stems from what IT puts on peoples
machine. Smart people always use the tool that suits them and their
clients best, so I'm still unsure why best practices and Visio are
grouped as a problem.
