Bingo. How useful is it to talk about service design when the organization
that's supposed to achieve it is still in the Paleolithic era? To tie it to
recent discussions, are we more likely to achieve "service design across ALL
channels" by hyper-specializing? Do we need to reorganize to provide
all-channel service or will service designers be the force that'll change
the organization?
