My client in Westmont IL is seeking to fill 2 open Senior Information
Architect positions. They are also thinking one could be a mid-level role
as well.
As the dominant leader in online retail, my client is one of the few agency
environments that understand work/life balance. They have nurtured an
environment that celebrates diversity within their organization. The people
are extremely sharp, nice and enjoy excelling at what they do. There is an
understood code of excellence that supports client loyalty. Profitable,
stable and 11 years old, they are a group of 200 professionals positioned
across the US serving the top names in online retail (their client list
reads like a whos who of online retail). The salaries are capped at 95,000
annually with excellent benefits and great bonuses as well as many other
discretionary perks!
There is a clear career path for Senior IAs to move into Group Management
once methodologies are assimilated and should that be a desire. For those
who love to work in a client facing role and create solutions that thrill
and provide huge ROI, this is a tremendous opportunity!
