[Sigia-l] Request for anecdotes: using UCD + Agile process

Aloha everyone
 
Curious ­ does anybody on the list here have any experiences to share with
regard to Agile (or some hybrid thereof) that worked well within an org
structure that has a dedicated [experience] design group? Anything welcome,
from successes to failures etc., but I am mostly interested in anecdotes
from those  with direct experience with Agile and less interested into
turning this into a philosophical  debate on whether Agile + UCD can
work/should work etc. ;-)
