No more than I would list it under economics. That suggests the
classification of the tool should be tied to the explanation of why
people are willing to invest time using the tool. 

I'm merely suggesting that if we seek to explain user behavior
primarily through economic factors (time and energy expenditures),
we will overlook other important factors, especially cognitive and
affective ones.


BTW, I am amused by your signature:

How about this as a similarly cheeky, though inverted, alternative:

 Best Practices,
 What people ignore when they think they're smarter than everybody else
