That assumes you (1) discover the duplication in a timely manner (i.e.,
(a) within days while you still have the receipt and (b) before you
break the cellophane wrapper) and (2) didn't buy it mail order (in which
case you now have to pack and ship the purchase back to the vendor - for
me a more onerous task than stopping by the local brick and mortar
establishment).
* for the previously unexposed CRS = Can't Remember Sh*t.
