anybody who's been involved in web based marketing from day one and  
has their head screwed on straight has delivered one consistent  
message 99% of the time (the other 1% being the exception.)

Thou Shalt Not Emphasize High Traffic Numbers; Thou Shalt Emphasize  
MEANINGFUL Traffic Numbers

I'd rather have 10 targeted, interested visitors to my site than 1000  
random surfers.

RSS and email newsletters help to make this happen. That's a good thing.
