[Sigia-l] Seeking taxonomy governance documents...

I'm seeking examples of a taxonomy governance document.  I'm not seeking 
documents on why it's necessary to have taxonomy governance or how-to type 
docs, but I'd like to see a real governance document that is actually in 
use.  Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?  Thanks 
much.
