There's a similar (but opposite) effect that Jeep uses at the auto
shows each year. Using inkjet technology and 7,000 small nozzles, they
simulate a 20' high waterfall. The water jets create the Jeep logo,
write various positioning statements (in Garamond Italic!) and even
simulate an animated Jeep Liberty driving. It's rather spectacular to
see.
