[Sigia-l] Google Appliance

I know that many of the things that make Google a successful internet
search engine won't work or aren't applicable inside an enterprise.
However, after some bad experiences with other vendors, we're starting to
question our previous assumptions about Google.  Does someone have some
experiences that they can share about Google's products, or at least point
me in the direction of some?
