Only a non-designer would separate the two.
And someone explain to Google Maps, for example, why design has *not* made a
difference in providing virtually the same content that MapQuest had been
for a decade but with a superior design. And while you're at it, explain to
Apple's Ive why he should go back to Bondi Beach since people have
overwhelming chosen to listen to the same content through digital players
from companies that couldn't design their way out of a wet paper bag.
