Fair enough. I was responding more to the notions of the differing roles
than to the experience of everyday life when one assumes one or another of
the roles.

I guess I'll chime in with my role. (BTW, I haven't really had a title in
over 2 years.) I do planning, committee work, content strategy, some
business analysis, some project management, some process engineering, and
provide strategic guidance to multi-year design projects. I create about
one wireframe a year at this point, although I still consider myself an IA
by trade. In short, I do my best to enable our IA's.
