[Sigia-l] Out of Office Monday 28th

Clearly, a major economic indicator HAS to be the number of people who have 
nothing to keep them at work over a holiday weekend. Judging from the responses 
over the last 5-6 days we are in for a major, and potentially disastrous, recession.
