Personally, my argument's usually been against it. But by the time it
gets to The Lawyers (or somebody who claims to have spoken to them about
it) I'm made to change my tune. Quite a lot of design constraints come
from lawyers in my experience, and when they charge about 10 times more
than you do per hour, the opportunity to talk them out of it usually
isn't there.
