Hello,

My company is currently looking at different ways to perform user
testing, specifically a way to test more users than traditional
lab-based usability testing, set up the tests quickly, and cheaply test
users outside our geographic area. I am looking for remote, automated
testing that provides both quantitative (time on page, success
rate/abandonment, paths, etc) and qualitative (user comments). I've
only been able to identify a couple tools that do this - UserZoom
(http://www.userzoom.com/eng/index.asp) and RelevantView
(http://www.relevantview.com/). I was wondering if anyone on the list
had experience with either of these tools, or could provide
recommendations on any others.

Thanks,

Michael
