I agree. Obviously. 

Which is why I am not arguing against bullets, merely this idea that
bullets are the best distillation of complex ideas and provide the
best evidence that the problem has been thought through.

I disagree with the notion that if a one page summary is good, and a
one page abstract is better, then a handful of bullets is best.
