After my workshop at the enterprise search summit this week, the CEO of a
company says that they do faceted search stopped in to introduce his firm.
I don't know anything about them but they might be another alternative.

The company is http://transparensee.com/ slavine at transparensee.com

Kathryn LaBarre is doing her doctorial thesis on faceted search. I would
imagine she has some ROI work in there. Kathryn La Barre

marti hearst at uc berkeley has done a lot of work with faceted search,
and has done some pretty extensive research with her flemenco interface.
its not a commercial product, but in response to amy's request for case
studies, it may help.
