THE POSITION: 
Our company is looking for senior web interface developers to work
within a team in developing the most innovative and forward thinking
solutions achievable. Interface development at Navantis often falls into
2 distinct tracks of responsibilities: BusinessAnalyst/User Experience
Analyst or Software Development. Please specify what track your skills
are better suited to.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years HTML/CSS/JavaScript development experience
- Well-versed in Adobe PhotoShop for onscreen graphic creation
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience developing with some form of server-side scripting
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with Macromedia Flash, and ActionScript
- Familiarity with accessible web development techniques (W3C WAI,
Section 508, optimizing for Adaptive Technologies)
- Familiarity with source control tools, specifically Microsoft
SourceSafe
- 3+ years software/web development experience
- Must be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high
quality work
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
environment
- Excellent oral communication skills with experience in creating clear
concise documentation
