This one I like. Note that tree subsumes list and web subsumes tree.
Also, I'd say:

  controlled vocabulary -> list (usually, if interpreted strictly)
  taxonomy -> tree
  ontology -> web
 
| Facet: detailed structure (relationships)
| - polyhierarchy
| - synonym
| - ...

This one is really tough. :-)

| - search
| - browse
| - abstract organization

I like this, too. I guess "abstract organization" could be called
"terminology organization" or "knowledge management", too.

| - Library science
| - Computer science
| -- semantic web community
| - Artificial intelligence community

Hmmm. I think the AI folks belong under CS, and we could start a
flamewar by claiming that the SW folks belong under AI. :-)
