Er, yes. And it gets better: if you want to *change* that, you have to
get somebody to send you an SMS from a normal phone to re-program your
handset.

I'm not the target user base for this by any means, but I sure as hell
hope that I don't get this patronised when *I'm* 64! 

My tuppence on this is that worrying about over-complex technology is
pointless because our job is to mediate that complexity. The more
complex the better, so I can try to make it appear simple. Sure, I might
fail, but then that's not the technology's fault.
