Well, yes and no. We've found that these items (we call them utility
navigation) are often looked for in the top right corner. Most likely
due to traction, what they're used to, but we've found that items
like "Help" get more attention, or are more easily located, when it's
located in the top right corner of the screen than when it's lumped
in with the regular navigation.
