[Sigia-l] Announcing Amsterdam IA Cocktail Hour, June 22nd

Hello!

[this is an announcement of a social event that's useful for IAs in the
greater Amsterdam (The Netherlands) region mostly, as well as IAs visiting
the region]

It is summertime (well, summer must be around the corner, right?) and that
deserves another Amsterdam IA Cocktail Hour!

This month we're combining the ideas of two ladies: First, Mehera O'Brien
from Framfab (http://www.framfab.nl) has offered us her employer's office as
the location of the next event. Second, Elma Wolschrijn from Eden
(http://www.edendesign.nl) came up with a good theme: Show & Tell.

The idea of the Show & Tell theme is that you (yes, that's you!):
(1) bring your favourite, vaguely IA-related BOOK, and/or
(2) think of a favourite, vaguely IA-related WEBSITE.
At the evening of the event you will be given 2 minutes to describe each
item to the attendees and explain why they're worth exploring.

So, the management summary is:

When:  Wednesday, June 22nd, from 18:00 onwards
Where: Framfab, Frederiksplein 51, Amsterdam

"Boek & Plaat".
