Well, I've looked at the slide presentation of the URI scheme and the basic
categorization approach. For those used to RESTful architectures, not much
new there, but as a non-British-tax paying world citizen, I wanted to pilfer
and plunder more detail. However, what looks suspiciously like a download
link on the SMEF page <http://www.bbc.co.uk/guidelines/smef/>:

"SMEF-DM version 1.10  is now available"

is not active.

What's the secret handshake to get the specs?
