On a similar note - 

I am looking for any research or thoughts on the use of capitalization in URLs.
Aside from the restriction that some servers are case sensitive for
the portion of the URL following the domain name, is the use of caps a
good thing or something to be avoided.
(e.g., www.foo.com/NewsAndViews/ vs. www.foo.com/newsand views/)
