Oh, simply because it's the prototypical  presentation app that everybody
uses, nothing really specific.

Structurally, it brings to the table the notion of 'economy of space' in the
form of a slide, a non-scrollable piece of screen real estate that by
definition forces you to condense and distil. This is the part that's
crucial.
