Well, not sure what the business is, but if there is some incentive you can
give?
Eg, "If you don't see all the images load, please load them to receive a coupon"

Very rough, but I think you get the incentive idea.
Make it worth while and compelling for the user to engage, then you get your
measurement. The trick is that it has to be in such a way as to not trip spam
filters.
