The main reason i'm having trouble moving from Microsoft Word to  
Apple's Pages software is Pages less then ideal numbering

I use a Word template with auto numbering to build content; map these  
numbers to a flowchart (Visio or Omnigraffle) for the initial build.  
By far, the most efficient method of building content I've found.
