[Sigia-l] Redesign specs?

Hi all - 

I am currently working on a limited-scope intranet redesign and could
use some of this group's sage advice on a documentation question.  I
haven't specced out such a limited redesign before, and I'm specifically
wondering about how in-depth to go on the requirements document that
will accompany my wireframes.  

Budget constraints mean that there will be few changes to the core
scenarios and requirements.  The business requirements have not changed
at all from the previous version.  There are only two features that will
require significant code changes.

Does anyone have a spec template for a redesign, or any recommendations
for level of granularity on redesign requirements documents?
