Job Description: The position will be responsible for running and scaling 
the multi-line ecommerce operation from the current 2 lines to potentially 
50+ lines of business, 100+ online stores, and hundreds of employees. Each 
line of business is focused on a completely different product niche with 
its own distribution network, ecommerce websites, etc. but will share a 
common infrastructure for marketing, order fulfillment, customer service, 
ecommerce technology, etc. 

Responsibilities include: 
-Work with CEO in planning and executing the company's retail strategy. 
-Conduct planning, budgeting and implementation of all eCommerce 
operations including order processing and fulfillment, supply chain 
management, search marketing, pricing optimization, sales inbound call 
center, and customer service. 
-Develop appropriate Organizational Structure and Controls. 
-Manage the lines of business themselves (currently 2, growing to 4 within 
a year) as well as all the shared resources such as customer service, 
order fulfillment, and marketing. 
-Provide Management Development to nurture their team with the skills 
needed to grow successfully within the organization. 

The profile of the ideal candidate includes: 
Prior experience:
-Must possess extensive eCommerce Operations experience at a leading 
e-tailer or mail-order catalog (household names only!).
-Extensive experience in managing cross functional teams of Manager or 
Director level employees.
-Must have proven the ability to not only run a sizeable operation, but 
also to scale a small operation into a large one. 
-Experience in leveraging technology tools to optimize and scale 
Operations. 

Compensation: Compensation consists of a base salary, an aggressive bonus 
plan and generous options.
