Thanks for the responses thus far.  One point of clarification.  When I
speak of deliverables in the WBS, I speak of aircraft deliverables, not IA
deliverables.  We deliver aircraft to our customers.  Thus, a majority of
the WBS taxonomy is whole-part relationships of the aircraft.
