Hi Stew,

I would have said that this was a common mistake of marketing and 
project management, who then task the IA with this impossible dream :)

There has to be a Taoist-inspired saying somewhere about customers being 
like water, they may be guided, but the more you clutch onto them, the 
faster they slip through your fingers. :)
