Louis Rosenfeld:
Lou is an independent information architecture consultant; recent
clients include Caterpillar, the NCAA, and the Department of Veterans
Affairs.  He is co-author of "Information Architecture for the World Wide
Web," and is co-founder of the Information Architecture Institute and UXnet.

Whitney Quesenbery:
Whitney is an independent usability and design consultant with a
passion for clear communication. She's the President of UPA, a co-founder
UXnet, and a newly minted STC Associate Fellow. Just to keep busy, she's
also an appointed member of a federal advisory committee for voting system
standards.

Mark Hurst:
Mark is founder of customer experience consultancy Creative Good;
host of the Gel (Good Experience Live) conference; editor of This Is
Broken (http://www.thisisbroken.com).

Josh Seiden:
Josh is the founder and president of 36 Partners and a respected consultant,
designer, teacher, and speaker.

Connor Brady:
Connor is currnetly Creative Director at Avenue A | Razorfish

James Spahr:
James is acting assistant chair of Communications Design at Pratt Institute,
where he teaches both Information Architecture and Design. He is also an
independent consultant.
