Hi Eric,
Marisa Callagher, Jeff DeVries, Jonathan Woytek, and Prateek Sarkar 
of Razorfish presented the
"Use of Narrative in Interactions Design" at last year's IA Summit. 
It was a good talk.  There might be a link to it on the old summit 
site.
