I also wonder if his solution is something that can be mapped into our
environment that is ever changing and requires quick thinking/solutions.

I can't imagine we would want to try to find the magic bullet unless if
was to cure a disease.

The expertise gap that Rugg mentions is very real - it actually happens
in our community. His solution also make sense when time is on your
side.

In a situation that requires quick thinking,  Im not sure that his
solution could be applied though.
