Somehow, I don't associate MS with "design by testing". If they were
testing their products, I shouldn't be using Firefox. Rather, I
associate their design to be blind folded by "marketing strategy".

Some recent development in Microsoft have been *fair*,  Ray Ozzy's
entry as you quoted few days back, being one. Another one is Microsoft
Sharepoint integration with everything.

IMHO, first time in it's history, Microsoft is doing something which
is consumer friendly and is good for businesses to maintain their
position. And credit goes to Google, Yahoos!, Apple and slowdown in
their own growth.
