Yes, on version 4, it brings up a dialog box asking how many levels
deep and the maximum number of files you want. Defaults are 5 levels
deep and 500 files. No, it still can't do remote URLs, but I bet if
enough of us wrote in to them, they'd add it.

Version 4 is light years ahead of 3. That said, I prefer to do these
types of charts in Graphiz.
