[Sigia-l] Speaking of Dublin Core- what about SEO?

My desk-neighbor and I were talking about this today. He's the traffic
manager and the guru of SEO here at KnowledgeStorm, and he had not heard
of it. We were wondering how, once sites are implemented with DC tags,
they do with SEO. Do they tend to be ranked more highly, or are they
penalized at all?
