shortly.  The conference is still very much a go.

I haven't heard anything about the European IA Summit in Brussels for a 
while. I sent in a proposal and haven't heard back from that either. And 
the webpage is still in the "requesting proposals" stage:

What's going on? Is the conference happening? Has the program been decided?
