We have recently seen this balancing act on this forum. Jared's recent
responses to those differing on his opinion on the length of navigation
labels are commendable. Having followed this forum for many years, I
noticed statements from his dissenters that may have been perceived as
personal attacks by other readers. Jared always responded to the difference
of opinion, never the perceived attack. The dialog was very refreshing.
