I do think that the metadata repository tools will help get disposable
navigation systems into practice. The are a kind of precondition in fact.
Configurable describes what I'm thinking of as well. I also thought of
'temporary' as a term. But I do want to keep the focus on the navigation
system instead of the underlying information.
