Hi folks,

Sydney IA folks are once again invited to the monthly IA Hour.

Who:    IAs and like-minded folks
When: Wednesday, April 27th @ 7:00pm
Where:  Out of India Restaurant, Victoria St, Potts Point
RSVP: eric at ironclad.net.au

I've been researching using statistical analysis of Kano surveys to develop
personas. What I've found so far is interesting, and I've got a draft
powerpoint which I'll be showing at the IA-Peers night.

Steve Baty has just completed a research/requirements gathering project for
an organisation in which he uses multi-variate statistical techniques to
help justify design decisions made. He knows more about stats than me, so
ask him the tricky questions.

Sheen Yap will be presenting some info on interactive TV apps after his 20
month stint at FOXTEL, and also his expectations at his new job as "Head of
User Experience" at Hutchison 3G Australia.

Stacey Kernodle very recently rolled out a new intranet for the Australian
Film Commission. Come along and ask her about lessons learned, trials
triumphed, and woes waylaid.

PTG is currently building up their consultants database as they have a few
large projects on the cards. Come along and quiz James Breeze as to what the
deal is.

Daniela Meleo's interesting project of late has been an intranet portal with
the NSW Attorney General's Dept. Very interesting indeed. I'm sure Daniela
has plenty to talk about.

The IA-Peers group, though centred on Information Architecture, does of
course welcome other related professions (hence the name IA-Peers). The more
diverse the group the better, so please forward this message to anyone you
think might be interested.

regards,

eric.
