Right. Sorry. There's an implicit assumption here that what Subir wants 
to do is "convert and EDIT an illutrator file into Viso."

maybe my assumption is wrong, maybe Subir can confirm.

but the EPS isn't going to be editable, in a meaningful way, in Visio. 
It's just going to be a graphic.
