[Sigia-l] is it just me, or is it really hard to find IAs right now?

As a soon-to-be freelancer:

0. Is the longer term work interesting enough to attract people to stay with 
the company.

I can think of few places locally that would offer the type of work and the 
flexibility I need to keep me fired up. I am odd in that I don't want to move 
from IA/design into strategy, I want to stick with design ;)
