Assuming you wanted/needed the local search facilities of GDS:

A)  Would you wait 3-4 years and pay to upgrade to Longhorn+ to use a
similar functionality?

B)  Would you wait 3-4 months and pay to upgrade to Apple's Tiger to use
Spotlight?

C)  Would you pay Google, say, $39.95/yr to use the search functionality
without any ads, etc?

D)  Would you wait for a commercial and free alternative?

E)  Would you wait for an open source alternative?

F)  Would you forgo local search entirely due to its cost?
