The first time I heard of it was in a client (hospitality industry) meeting
about six months ago. A very enthusiastic lady explained it, PowerPoint and
all, during a product design/development session. I thought it was
blindingly obvious, for anyone who worked in the services industry for any
length of time, but what do I know.
