You're kidding right? If you go with a Chilean wine you're sure it will
be good ;)
....and as with all wine, you should let it breathe for at least 15 mins
in your glass before drinking (in restaurant conditions), at home you
uncork the bottle an hour before serving.
If you can find the Carmenere variety, better yet (goes with meat,
poultry or pasta), a reserve: yum!.
