Not sure. But I don't think the problem lies in this (or any) president's
ability or willingness to *read*. It's what he does with what he's read.
After all, the color-coded Homeland Security Advisory System is very easy to
scan. But what the heck can you do with it? To frame this issue as a
"usability" problem, as some have done here and on WSJ, is a sad joke. I
think we agree on that.
